MEET FOSTER LOWE
NEW LEADERSHIP DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Foster Lowe was born in the Bronx NY, and attended the NYC school system. He is a graduate of Long Island University with a degree in Business Management. Lowe enlisted, and served for four years in the United States Air Force, specializing in accounting and finance.
Foster's early career included several facets of retail management, followed by managing and innovating early computer systems for the Bergen Community Action Program.

His experience in this field has made him well aware of the intrusiveness of government bureaucracy, and the need to promote a job creating, business friendly environment.
